I was hanging out at a friends house who was helping me with a photo assignment that wasn't going to well. We decided to take a break from the frustration and the monotony of staging photos. We were watching a little bit of TV and out of nowhere we hear this thud against the windows. Eventually we realize that it was a broken plant sprinkler it was a really opportune moment for a photo. It was near perfect the way that water was facing the sun to create the rainbow effect. I probably should have moved that cord in the fountain but when your in the moment, you never think of these things. Also I could have risked getting my camera wet! Otherwise I really liked this photo.
This photo was shot with a Canon EOS T1i, the shutter speed was 1/400, a 5.6 aperture, and 200 ISO.
